Important Details
- You may pick up your order in person in San Francisco.
Just print out the voucher when you place your order.
Bring the voucher and provide identification at one of our
San Francisco redemption centers (locations are listed on
the voucher) to claim your cards.
If you choose to pick up your cards in San Francisco, and
later change your mind, there will be a $15.00 administrative fee plus shipping.
Cards will not be mailed or delivered to San Francisco area hotels.
- Included admissions are valid from opening until 5:30 p.m. unless otherwise
stated. Occasionally some museums, attractions, or tours are closed to the
general public. These occasions are outside the control of Smart
Destinations. All Go San Francisco Card attractions are subject to
availability.
- No one controls the weather. Smart Destinations isn’t responsible
for weather conditions that may affect your use of the Go San Francisco Card.
- We can’t predict traffic, either, and aren’t responsible for traffic conditions
which affect your use of the Go San Francisco Card.
- Go San Francisco Cards don’t last forever, but you have the remainder of
this calendar year and all of next year to use your cards.
- The first time you use your Go San Francisco Card, it is activated. Your
card will expire at the end of the number of consecutive days you purchased.
- Prices may change at any time. New promotions or sales don’t
apply to cards you’ve already purchased.
- To protect you in the event your Go San Francisco Cards should be lost or
stolen, they don’t contain any personal information. Treat your cards like cash.
We can’t replace or provide refunds for lost or stolen cards.
